An AlphaSense Expert Insights representative will spend 10-15 minutes with you to tell you about us and our process, to clarify some details about your employment background and experience, and to provide an overview of our compliance policies.
Unfortunately, for compliance and confidentiality reasons we are unable to share information about our clients until both parties agree to the call and register with us.
It’s not a problem! We can certainly reschedule your call if your availability changes – just send us an email. We typically have availability Mon-Fri from 4:00 am – 9:00 pm ET, or Sat from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm ET.
We will send you a registration form to complete, after which we will review all your information for compliance purposes before sharing your profile with our client. This process can take some time, so we appreciate your patience. If we need any additional information from you, a member of our Compliance Review team will be in touch with you.
The client call consists of a 30-60 minute interview with a client or partner analyst. You will join a dial-in audio-only call, which will be recorded to ensure accurate transcription.
Please note: the analyst will only discuss publicly available information with you re: your assigned topic, and you should never share confidential or material non-public information.
US-based experts are able to select payment via ACH or check, while non-US experts will receive a wire transfer through bill.com. (Check payments are not available internationally.)
Our team processes payments every two weeks, and depending upon the date of your transcript’s publication you may be queued for payment anywhere in that processing cycle. Please allow up to 30 days after you complete your interview to receive payment, but your payment may arrive more quickly.
