AlphaSummit, AlphaSense’s inaugural user conference, was full of big moments.

AlphaSense announced that it crossed the $500M ARR threshold. Keynote speakers Coach Nick Saban and Lloyd Blankfein captivated the main stage audience with unforgettable stories and priceless insights. AlphaSense customers shared their perspectives on how to stay on the cutting edge when technology is evolving so rapidly. And AI experts and thought leaders shared their ideas on the future of AI and how it will change the way we search, analyze, and act on information.

In his keynote address, AlphaSense CEO Jack Kokko said, “In a world where AI is moving at a million miles per hour, what makes AlphaSense unique? How do we stand out in how we serve the market? It’s the combination of the market’s broadest content universe, purpose-built AI, and workflows designed for high-stakes decision making.”

Underscoring that vision, we unveiled a powerful slate of product innovations at AlphaSummit 2025 — breakthroughs poised to transform the way work gets done. If you don’t have time to catch up on the sessions from AlphaSummit 2025, here are the five must‑know announcements redefining the future of work and market intelligence.

1. Financial Data: Uniting Numbers + Narrative

The days of toggling between programs to bring together your quantitative data and qualitative insights are over. At AlphaSummit, we unveiled Financial Data, a suite of structured datasets and purpose-built tools that unify clean, quantitative data with qualitative insights, delivering cited, contextualized intelligence in one platform.

The launch of Financial Data means you can access both the numbers and the story behind them using AlphaSense’s Generative Search and Deep Research for deeper, more complete insights. Financial Data brings together standardized financials, consensus estimates, company-specific KPIs, and transaction data. These data foundations unlock high-impact workflows across valuation modeling, comps analysis, deal sourcing, KPI benchmarking, and sector analysis. When you ask AlphaSense a natural language query like, “What are the 10 largest SaaS M&A deals in the past five years?” it instantly returns a ranked list with deal values, multiples, participants, and a rationale-rich summary — each with clickable citations.

Our Financial Data solution is built by and for analysts, which means historical financials are what you expect, screeners are intuitive, Excel syntax is simple, and every detail is built to eliminate manual work, so you can focus on strategy, not spreadsheets.

2. Workflow Agents

In an era of constantly evolving tech, we’re doubling down on our commitment to automate end-to-end workflow solutions. Our specialized Workflow Agents, built on the foundation of Deep Research, are purpose-built, one-click workflows designed to execute full research tasks and deliver the outputs our clients rely on every day. By focusing on tangible deliverables, Workflow Agents give our users what they need most: time back to think, decide, and act.

Some of the most popular Workflow Agents customers are leveraging include:

  • Company Primer (including the Private Company Primer)
  • Industry Primer
  • Company Overview Slide
  • Key Themes
  • Meeting Prep

What’s next? Customizable agents. Soon customers will be able to create custom workflow agents, designed to perform common, repeatable tasks on demand or at a scheduled cadence.

For example, if a user wants a competitive briefing on their peer set to be run every Monday morning, they can create an agent to complete the task before they come into work, so it's ready for their review first thing.

3. AI-Led Expert Calls and Channel Checks

In his keynote address, Jack Kokko played audio from an interview conducted by our AI Interviewer, which now can conduct calls on behalf of customers. The AI Interviewer is a live, unbiased system built on our market-leading intelligence to ensure calls are context-rich and relevant. An expansion of the Tegus Expert Call Toolkit, these AI-Led Expert Calls pair pre-vetted experts you select with an industry-trained, purpose-built AI Interviewer that conducts the conversations on your behalf. We handle scheduling, context setup, question prep, call execution, and insight synthesis — so you can focus on analysis and action.

The AI Interviewer is already contributing hundreds of calls to the Tegus Expert Transcript library each week, powering the insights for Channel Checks, which by Q1 2026, will scale to cover 350+ public tickers across TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecommunications), consumer, energy, industrials, and healthcare, offering continuous, ground-level visibility into key market drivers*. With the added power of the AI Interviewer, the Tegus Expert Transcript library will continue to expand beyond its current 220,000+ expert transcripts, continuously adding on-the-ground customer and channel perspectives and expanding coverage to more topics investors care about. And, as always, every AI-led call meets Tegus’ rigorous sourcing and compliance standards, delivering the quality and confidence our clients rely on.

4. Next Generation of Generative Search

AlphaSummit also introduced the next evolution of Generative Search. This update transforms our current Generative Search offering from a search and analysis tool to an intelligent, multi-agent research system. This system can dynamically orchestrate tools, manage workflows, and scale reasoning based on the complexity of a query — delivering more accurate, nuanced, flexible, and automated insights than ever before. It’s like having a team of domain specialists on-demand: one expert in data analysis, another at qualitative research, another at creating deliverables, and so on.

What does this mean in practice for AlphaSense customers? Access to richer datasets, deeper analysis on both qualitative and quantitative data, and more ways to leverage Generative Search to compress weeks worth of analysis into minutes.

5. Carousel by AlphaSense

At AlphaSummit, we announced AlphaSense’s acquisition of Carousel, an innovator in AI-powered Excel modeling. Excel has long been central to decision-making across business and finance, yet building models has required burdensome manual workflows: extracting data from PDFs and presentations, formatting models, building formulas, and explaining complex logic.

As Carousel's modeling velocity becomes seamlessly embedded into the AlphaSense ecosystem, it evolves from an execution tool into an iterative thought partner. Analysts can spend less time wrestling with manual tasks and more time generating strategic insights, with AI that not only builds models faster but also enables intelligent iteration — stress-testing scenarios and refining assumptions with context-aware AI that leverages content from AlphaSense. This empowers teams to sharpen their craft and deliver high-value analysis that drives smarter, faster decisions.

AlphaSense: One Platform for All Intelligence

AlphaSummit ushered in major AlphaSense product developments that will reshape the way our customers work. Each one makes AlphaSense a more complete, unified platform for all intelligence, driving toward CEO Jack Kokko’s mission to create “an always-on intelligence factory” and “full information mosaic” for our customers.

We're exploring use cases and appetite for this content or a derivation of it for use by our broader customer base. We'll share updates as they unfold.
