Welcome, and thank you for partnering with AlphaSense. This Guide explains what you can expect from us, what we’ll ask of you, and how we’ll work together to make sure every piece of content we create represents you and your organization in the best possible light.
You’re here because you’re doing innovative, market-leading work, and we want to help you tell that story. Everything in this Guide is designed with that goal in mind.
Our Commitment to You
Before we get into the details of each activity, here’s the foundation everything else is built on:
| What We Commit to You | What We Ask of You |
|---|---|
| Collaborate with you upfront to align on messaging before any content is created or published in accordance with this Guide. | Let us know the story you want to tell and the message you want to bring to market. |
| Feature your preferred company messaging within the content we produce. | Provide us with accurate information and materials, such as from your website or a messaging guide. |
| We commit to use reasonable efforts to ensure we are representing your intended meaning accurately. | Flag any concerns about published content promptly so we can address them together. |
| Customer participant will be credited by name and title and possibly headshot in featured content, as applicable. | Meet any submission deadlines we agree on together (bios, headshots, materials). |
| Share published content with you so you can amplify it on your own channels — for free. | Let us know if you need assistance in creating social content for your channels. |
| Follow your brand guidelines whenever you provide them. | Provide brand guidelines promptly, if you have them, so we can represent your brand accurately. |
Approval & Review Process
Activities That Require Your Approval Before Publication
For the following activities, we’ll share a draft with you before anything goes live. We won’t publish without your documented agreement:
- Testimonials and quotes
- Product reviews
- Paid media
- Name and logo use in new campaign materials
Approval can be given via email or any other documented method we agree on together.
Case Studies — Written, Video & Corresponding Content
Case studies — including written stories, video, and any corresponding website and social content — follow the same approval process, with one important addition: a structured review window that keeps things moving while still giving you meaningful time to review. The reason for this is that we devote extra time, money, and other resources to these activities, so we need to ensure we can promptly release them without undue delay.
Review Window & Deemed Approval for Case Studies
Once we send you a draft, you have —14 days— to review it and share any comments or requested changes with us.
Need more time? No problem — just let us know before the 14 days are up and we’ll grant you a one-time extension of 14 additional days.
If we don’t hear from you within the review window (including any extension), we’ll take that as approval and may go ahead and publish. We’ll send you a link to the published content within 48 hours so you’ll always know when something featuring you is live.
We’ll always give good-faith consideration to any feedback you send within the window, and we’ll work with you to address reasonable requests before anything goes out.
Activities That Are Live or Time-Sensitive
The following activities happen in real time or are time-sensitive by nature, so pre-publication review isn’t possible. Instead, we’ll share the content with you within 48 hours of publication:
- Event speaker sessions
- Analyst interviews
- Press interviews
If you have any concerns about content from these activities, please raise them with your AlphaSense contact and we will address them promptly and in good faith.
Speaking at AlphaSense Events
We’re genuinely excited to have you on stage. Speaker sessions are one of the most powerful ways we can highlight the work you’re doing and one of the most valuable ways to build your personal profile in the market. Here’s how it works:
Before the Event
- We’ll schedule a pre-event briefing to align on your talking points, the story you want to tell, and how your session fits into the broader event narrative.
- We’ll ask you to submit a professional headshot, a short bio, and any presentation materials by a deadline we’ll agree on together.
- We’ll walk you through the format, audience, and any specific topics or questions in advance so there are no surprises.
During the Event
- Your session will be delivered live and may also be streamed. It may include a Q&A or panel discussion, as agreed in advance.
- Your session will be recorded for post-event publication and promotion.
After the Event
- We’ll publish the full recording of your session, generally within 48 hours of the event.
- We’ll share the recording with you at the same time, so you can review it and share it through your own channels simultaneously.
- We may create short-form excerpts from your session for use on our website, social media, and other promotional channels. When we do, we will always apply the content protections below.
Content Protections for Your Session
We will never purposefully edit your remarks in a way that changes or misrepresents what you meant. Minor technical edits (removing audio glitches, dead air, or technical disruptions) may be made without prior approval. Any substantive edit to your content requires your written consent.
When excerpting your content for short-form use, we will provide sufficient context so that excerpts are not misleading. Where it’s practical to link back to the full recording, we will.
Your Content & Brand
Brand Guidelines
If your organization has brand guidelines that cover logo usage, colors, fonts, tone, or anything else, please share them with your AlphaSense contact. We will follow them in every use of your name, logo, and related materials.
If you don’t have formal guidelines, just let us know if there’s anything specific you’d like us to keep in mind. We’re happy to accommodate reasonable preferences.
Quotes & Testimonials
Before using any quote or testimonial attributed to you personally or to your organization in a Promotional Material, we’ll share it with you for approval. We won’t publish attributed quotes without your documented agreement.
Your Content is Yours to Use
Any content created in connection with your participation, including session recordings, case studies, co-branded materials, is yours to use for your own promotional purposes at no cost. We’ll make sure you have easy access to everything we publish that features you.
This is part of how we support your personal brand and your organization’s visibility in the market. We want you to get as much value from this as we do.
Analyst & Press Interviews
From time to time, opportunities may arise at events or separately for you to speak with financial analysts or members of the press. Here’s what to expect:
- We’ll let you know in advance if an interview is planned, and we’ll never put you in front of an analyst or reporter without giving you context on who they are and what they’re interested in.
- You’re always in control of what you share. We’re not asking you to speak on our behalf — we’re asking you to share your own experience and perspective.
- We may reference or quote from these conversations in Promotional Materials, consistent with the content protections above. We’ll share anything we plan to publish with you within 48 hours.
Social Media
When we feature you or your organization on our social media channels, here’s how we approach it:
- We’ll tag your organization’s account where applicable, so the content reaches your audience too.
- We’ll follow your brand guidelines on how your name and logo may be used.
- We won’t publish social content that quotes you personally without your documented agreement.
- We’ll share social posts featuring you so you can easily reshare them — more reach for both of us.
