This AlphaSummit 2026 Privacy Notice (“AlphaSummit Privacy Notice”) explains how AlphaSense, Inc., including its affiliated entities, (collectively, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares and otherwise processes your personal data when you register for or attend the AlphaSummit 2026, including any related other marketing events that are part of AlphaSummit 2026 or advertised during the same (“Events”).

To the extent there is any inconsistency between this AlphaSummit Privacy Notice and our general Privacy Notice in relation to the processing of personal data for the Events, this AlphaSummit Privacy Notice will prevail.

Event Registration Information
- Full name
- Email address
- Job title
- Employer/company
- Mobile telephone number
Event Information
- Sessions registered for or attended
- Badge scan information
- Booth visits
- Meeting requests
- Survey responses
- Feedback provided
- Dietary or accessibility requirements (where applicable)
3. How Do We Use Your Personal Data?
We process your personal data to:
- administer your Event registration;
- provide access to the Event;
- communicate with you before, during and after the Event;
- arrange meetings requested by you;
- manage Event logistics;
- improve future Events;
- comply with legal obligations;
- maintain the security of our Events; and
- to provide sponsorship benefits, including sharing or selling attendee information to Event sponsors where described in this AlphaSummit Privacy Notice and permitted by applicable law.
4. Sharing Attendee Information with Event Sponsors
Certain Events are sponsored by third parties. As part of your participation in the Events, we may disclose your personal data to Event sponsors in accordance with this AlphaSummit Privacy Notice.
Depending on the Events and the applicable sponsorship arrangements, we may also provide attendee information to Event sponsors as part of the sponsorship benefits included in their sponsorship package. In certain jurisdictions, this disclosure may constitute a “sale” of personal data or personal information as defined under applicable privacy laws.

Sponsors will process your personal data as independent controllers in accordance with their own privacy notices and practices. 5. Marketing Communications
We may send you communications regarding the Event you have registered for. Where permitted by applicable law, we may also send you information about future Events, products and services. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
6. Photography and Recording
Photographs, video recordings and audio recordings may be taken during the Event.
These may be used for:
- Event promotion;
- marketing materials;
- social media;
- our website;
- future promotion of other events we conduct.
Subject to applicable law, by registering for and attending the Event, you acknowledge that your image, voice and likeness may be captured and used by us for Event administration, security, post-Event reporting, promotional materials and future marketing of the Event and related events. Where applicable law requires consent for such use, your consent will be obtained during the registration process or by other appropriate means.
7. Lawful Basis for Processing
We process your personal data only, where permitted by applicable law, and for the purposes described in this AlphaSummit Privacy Notice, including to administer the Event, provide sponsorship benefits, fulfil our contractual obligations, comply with legal requirements, protect our legitimate business interests, and, where required, with your consent.

Your personal data may be transferred to countries outside your country of residence. Where required by applicable data protection laws, we implement appropriate safeguards to protect such transfers.

We retain Event attendee information only for as long as necessary to:
- administer the Event;
- provide Event-related services and support;
- facilitate sponsor benefits and attendee engagement activities;
- comply with legal, regulatory, accounting and tax obligations;
- resolve disputes and enforce our legal rights;
- maintain business records; and
- plan and support future events.
Where attendee information is shared with an Event sponsor, the sponsor will retain that information in accordance with its own retention practices, privacy notice and applicable law.

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:
- access your personal data;
- request correction;
- request deletion;
- restrict processing;
- object to processing;
- request data portability;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
