AlphaSense Announces Native Integration with SS&C Intralinks to Power Secure, AI-Driven Deal Workflows

By AlphaSenseJune 11, 2026
integration with ss&c intralinks

AlphaSense has launched a native integration with SS&C Intralinks, the pioneer of the virtual data room and the industry’s first AI-enabled dealmaking platform for high-stakes financial transactions, allowing mutual customers to analyze confidential data room materials alongside AlphaSense’s premium market intelligence, including expert transcripts, broker research, company documents, filings, news, and proprietary internal content. This feature, which is available to customers today through the AlphaSense Enterprise Intelligence solution, will help deal teams move from document review to decision-ready diligence with greater speed, context, and confidence.

Deal teams no longer have to analyze data room files in isolation. With this integration, professionals can evaluate confidential materials in the full context of the market, the company, the competitive landscape, and prior institutional knowledge.

Teams can preserve Intralinks permissions and document-level controls while using AlphaSense to surface risks, validate assumptions, identify diligence gaps, and generate cited outputs such as follow-up request lists, risk summaries, and investment committee materials.

What Teams Can Do With the Integration

  • Securely connect data room content to AlphaSense, with folder structures, permissions, and document-level controls preserved
  • Pressure-test materials against expert transcripts, broker research, internal documents, and other premium sources to validate assumptions and build conviction sooner
  • Use AlphaSense agents in a purpose-built Due Diligence Workspace to audit a VDR and flag gaps,, surface company and market-specific risks and insights, and generate fully cited outputs
  • Turn diligence findings into investor-ready PowerPoint presentations without leaving AlphaSense

Closing the Gap Between Where Documents Live and Where Decisions Get Made

For most deal teams, the data room and the research environment are two separate worlds. Information moves between them manually, while version control erodes and time-sensitive context gets lost. The result is a diligence process dominated by document management rather than actual analysis.

The integration with SS&C Intralinks addresses this issue directly. By connecting Intralinks' secure, governed infrastructure with AlphaSense's AI platform and premium content, teams can evaluate confidential materials in the same environment where they track markets, review expert perspectives, validate assumptions, and synthesize research. The workflow remains governed, the permissions are preserved, and the outputs are grounded in trusted sources.

For example, a deal team can compare claims in a data room file against filings, broker research, expert commentary, and market trends, then generate a cited list of diligence gaps and follow-up requests.

How the Integration Works

The native VDRPro connector links permissioned Intralinks data room content with AlphaSense, mirroring folder structures and applying document-level permissions automatically. Once connected, teams can immediately search, analyze, and run AI workflows across data room files and the full AlphaSense content library. As part of the integration, AlphaSense and Intralinks will continue working together to support the next generation of AI-enabled deal workflows with their DealCentre AI offering.
