Move faster to the finish line by overlaying smart search technology on internal content.

A year ago, Avi integrated his Dropbox with AlphaSense. “When I connected this almost a year ago, it was fairly straightforward I just clicked a couple of buttons and selected a folder.” Now, AlphaSense automatically syncs with the team Dropbox so that Avi has the ability to search efficiently for insights that he and the team have previously worked on.

The integration of his team’s internal content in AlphaSense allows Avi to move faster to the finish line for time-sensitive requests like Board meetings or investment due diligence. “For work like evaluating a theme, I can do 2-3x the amount of work that I could do before.”

Surfacing relevant information across all both internal and external content sets

Avi, like so many AlphaSense clients, sees no difference in value between their firm’s internal and external content. “The only difference in my mind is the author works at Innovation Endeavors,” he says. AlphaSense makes it easy for Avi to quickly gather information from all sources in one place by aggregating the most relevant external content sets such as broker research, company filings, earnings call transcripts, and premium news, along with the internal content created by his team.

“With AlphaSense, I can be conducting research and then the platform will surface something totally unanticipated, either because it’s been too long since I created it or because another investment professional on the team did similar work for a portfolio company they cover. AlphaSense makes it easy to find this insight and without it, I would not have found these data points,” he says.

Because of this, the Innovation Endeavors team feels confident that the information synced is safe and will not be shared. As a result, Avi is secure in uploading all his documents into AlphaSense. In fact, “I cannot think of anything that I would not put in AlphaSense,” he says. As the team continues to grow, the impact of AlphaSense is magnified. “The more people within [our] organization that uses AlphaSense, the more we can leverage more functionality like highlighting and using the notebook as opposed to the other [document builders].”
