Applicable Laws and Regulations:

In India, we strictly adhere to the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 [PoSH Law], which aims to create a safe and harassment-free workplace for all female employees. This law prohibits any form of sexual harassment and provides a framework for reporting, investigation, and redressal of complaints. It applies to all our female employees, regardless of their position within the company. By explicitly mentioning the PoSH Law, we seek to provide clarity and ensure that all employees understand their rights and the processes in place for addressing workplace harassment.

Internal Policies and Procedures:

Alongside legal requirements, we have established internal policies and procedures to address complaints of sexual harassment effectively. Our dedicated team of professionals, who are a part of the Internal Committee [IC] as well as Disciplinary Committee [DC] will handle all complaints with utmost seriousness and sensitivity. Once a complaint is received, it will be thoroughly investigated, ensuring a fair and unbiased approach. The inquiry process may involve gathering additional information, interviewing relevant parties, and taking appropriate actions based on the findings.

Non-Retaliation Policy:

We are committed to protecting employees from any form of retaliation for reporting complaints in good faith. Retaliation against complainants, witnesses, or anyone cooperating in inquiries is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a separate violation of our policies.
